Yet I Will Rejoice in the Lord: The Book of Habakkuk

After God’s response to Habakkuk’s initial prayers for Judah, the prophet questions and challenges how God had planned to deal with the nation’s sin. He stations himself in the tower as a sentry, awaiting God’s answer. He expects a rebuke for, as Job learned, it is never wise to challenge God’s righteous and holy plans.
