The God of War and Peace

Christ isn't only the Prince of Peace. His second advent reveals a "man of war" (Exodus 15) who will conclude all spiritual warfare by the destruction of evil. Christ is the surety of justice. And the history of mankind reveals the necessity that justice is enacted. The corruption that began with the evil Great Serpent will be cleansed from God's creation when Hades is thrown into the Lake of Fire by The Lamb.
