From Woe to Weal

As wayward Judah obeys the Lord and returns to Him with all their hearts, Judah's woe turns to weal as God responds according to His nature with great blessing. He restores abundantly all that God’s army of chastening had taken. Judah is now told to fear not, be glad, and rejoice in the Lord their God.
